Shipping policy

Regular shipping within cost Netherlands € 7, - ex VAT regardless of the size of the order. A different rate is charged for delivery per pallet. Internationals rates are calculated uring checkou.
Delivery takes place at the risk of Printopia. Delivery is made to the delivery address indicated by the customer. For the delivery of machines, an appointment will be made with the customer. Should this appointment not be kept by the customer without notice, the costs will be charged to the customer.
The goods must be examined immediately after delivery (if the driver is still present) by the customer or an authorised person to establish any transport damage. Detectable transport damage must be reported in written form without delay. Transport damage must also be confirmed in writing by the carrier (by signing)
Regular orders (supplies) placed before 4pm will normally be dispatched the same day, but we do not guarantee this. We also depend on the parcel service (Postnl). Is there a special rush? Give us a call!
Picking up at Floridadreef 60C in Utrecht is possible, but only by appointment
